Ranexa (ranolazin) je antianginózní léčivý přípravek. Mechanizmus účinku spočívá ve zlepšení proudění krve, což podporuje lepší výkonnost srdce. Ranolazin se užívá k léčbě chronické anginy (bolest na hrudníku). Ranolazin by se neměl užívat při akutním záchvatu anginy.

Betapace se používá k léčbě závažného (možná život ohrožujícího) typu rychlého srdečního tepu zvaného setrvalá ventrikulární tachykardie. Používá se také k léčbě určitých rychlých/nepravidelných srdečních tepů (fibrilace síní/flutter) u pacientů se závažnými příznaky, jako je slabost a dušnost. Sotalol pomáhá zmírnit tyto příznaky. Zpomaluje srdeční frekvenci a pomáhá srdci bít normálněji a pravidelněji.
