Generiek Eplerenone - Inspra, Aldactone, Frumil, Ilosone, Itraconazole, Nizoral, Yasmin

Eplerenone blokkeert de werking van het hormoon aldosteron in het lichaam. Aldosteron is belangrijk voor het regelen van de bloeddruk. Eplerenone wordt gebruikt voor de behandeling van congestief hartfalen na een hartaanval. Eplerenone wordt ook gebruikt om hoge bloeddruk (hypertensie) te behandelen.

Generic Aldactone wordt gebruikt voor de behandeling van zwelling en vochtophoping bij patiënten met congestief hartfalen, levercirrose of nierproblemen (nefrotisch syndroom). Het wordt ook gebruikt voor de behandeling van hoge bloeddruk. Het kan ook worden gebruikt voor de behandeling van lage kaliumgehalte.
